Frequently asked questions

Can I use it for free?

Yes - the Basic plan: 1 thread, 5 prompt lines, 1 image or 1 video per prompt, video in Text and Start / End modes (720p). Batch runs need Lite, Plus or Max.

Does a plan mean unlimited generation?

No. Plans pay for the automation tool only. Images and videos are made by your own Google Flow account (Gemini Pro / Ultra) and use its credits and quota.

Does the extension generate images/videos itself?

No. Auto Flow runs no AI models; it submits your prompts to Google Flow through your own signed-in session, just as if you did it by hand. It never collects passwords.

Does closing the control panel stop the batch?

No. The batch runs inside the Flow tab, so it keeps going and your session is restored when you reopen the panel. Don’t close the Flow tab while it runs.

Where are results saved?

In Chrome’s Downloads folder - directly or one subfolder per task, with file names from the pattern you choose. If Chrome asks where to save each file, turn that option off in Chrome’s download settings.

What do I need for 4K video?

Lite or higher and a Google Flow Ultra account. If you tick 4K on a non-Ultra account, the extension warns you right in the top bar.

Do I have to start over to fix a prompt?

No. Click the icon in the Prompt column to export your prompts to a file, edit it and import it back: only the rows whose text changed go back to waiting and are generated again.

How is it different from G-Labs Studio?

Auto Flow works with Google Flow only, on one account. G-Labs Studio (included in Plus/Max) adds Grok, Meta AI, GPT Image 2, proxy, workflow, video editing, a Webhook API…

Where does my data go?

Prompts, images, videos, queue and settings stay in your browser and go straight to Google Flow. The license server only receives your Google email, a sign-in token and a random install ID. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I pay?

Inside the extension (Upgrade in the top bar): PayPal for international payments, USDT/Binance, or VietQR for Vietnamese banks. The plan activates on the account you signed in with; press Refresh status after 1-3 minutes.

How many devices per account?

One device at a time - signing in elsewhere signs the old session out.

What happens when my plan ends?

Plans never auto-renew. When one ends the extension returns to Basic; your data in the browser stays as it is.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within the first 24 hours after payment - try the free Basic plan first. Details in the Refund Policy.
