1. Who we are

Auto Flow is a browser extension by Đặng Minh Đức (duckmartians) that automates batch AI image and video generation on Google Labs Flow (labs.google). It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. This policy also covers the licence service at duckspace.net shared with the G-Labs Automation desktop app.

2. Data we collect and why

That is the complete list. Authentication uses Google's official sign-in — the extension only receives your email address and never sees your password.

3. Data that stays on your device

• Prompts, task queues, generation results and progress
• Reference-image and character libraries
• Settings and interface preferences (language, save folder, …)
• Work-session snapshots (so your work is restored when you reopen the panel)

All of the above is stored locally in your browser's extension storage (chrome.storage) and is never transmitted to our server. Generated files are saved to your own Downloads folder. Uninstalling the extension removes its local storage.

4. Interaction with Google services

When you run a batch, the extension drives Google Labs Flow from your own browser session, using the same Google APIs the Flow web page itself uses (labs.google, aisandbox-pa.googleapis.com). Your prompts and reference media are sent directly from your browser to Google — exactly as if you used Flow manually — and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not receive, store or inspect this content. Generation consumes your own Flow account's credits/quota.

5. What we do NOT do

• No collection of passwords, browsing history, or data from any site other than labs.google
• No advertising, no trackers, no third-party analytics
• No selling, renting or sharing of personal data with third parties
• No use of data for purposes unrelated to the extension's single purpose (licence verification)
• No remote code — all code ships inside the extension package

6. Payments

Optional premium plans are paid by card or another supported payment provider, bank transfer (VietQR), PayPal or USDT — always completed in the payment provider's own checkout or your banking app, outside the extension and the desktop app. Card and account details go directly to the payment provider, which processes them as an independent controller under its own privacy policy; we receive only what we need to match a payment to a licence (the buyer's email address, an order or transaction reference, the plan and the amount). We never ask for, see or store card numbers, CVV codes or banking credentials. Refunds are handled through the same provider — see our Refund Policy.

7. Data retention & deletion

Licence records (email, install identifier, plan, expiry) are kept while your account exists. You may request deletion of your licence account and its data at any time via the contact below; we will remove the records within 30 days. Local data is under your control and is deleted when you clear the extension's storage or uninstall it.

8. Security

Communication with the licence server uses HTTPS. Licence responses are cryptographically signed. The extension requests only the minimum browser permissions needed for its single purpose.

9. Children

Auto Flow is not directed at children under 13 and requires a Google account eligible to use Google Labs services.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with an updated date. Significant changes will be noted in the extension's release notes.

1. Chúng tôi là ai

Auto Flow là tiện ích trình duyệt của Đặng Minh Đức (duckmartians), tự động hóa việc tạo ảnh và video AI hàng loạt trên Google Labs Flow (labs.google). Đây là công cụ độc lập, không liên kết hay được Google bảo trợ. Chính sách này cũng áp dụng cho dịch vụ bản quyền tại duckspace.net dùng chung với ứng dụng desktop G-Labs Automation.

2. Dữ liệu thu thập và mục đích

Đó là toàn bộ danh sách. Việc đăng nhập dùng trang đăng nhập chính thức của Google — tiện ích chỉ nhận địa chỉ email và không bao giờ thấy mật khẩu của bạn.

3. Dữ liệu chỉ nằm trên máy của bạn

• Prompt, hàng chờ tác vụ, kết quả tạo và tiến trình
• Thư viện ảnh tham chiếu và thư viện nhân vật
• Cài đặt và tùy chọn giao diện (ngôn ngữ, thư mục lưu, …)
• Bản lưu phiên làm việc (để khôi phục khi mở lại bảng điều khiển)

Tất cả những mục trên được lưu cục bộ trong bộ nhớ tiện ích của trình duyệt (chrome.storage) và không bao giờ được gửi lên máy chủ của chúng tôi. File kết quả lưu vào thư mục Downloads của chính bạn. Gỡ tiện ích sẽ xóa bộ nhớ cục bộ này.

4. Tương tác với dịch vụ Google

Khi chạy một lô, tiện ích điều khiển Google Labs Flow từ chính phiên trình duyệt của bạn, dùng đúng các API mà trang web Flow sử dụng (labs.google, aisandbox-pa.googleapis.com). Prompt và ảnh/video tham chiếu được gửi thẳng từ trình duyệt của bạn đến Google — hệt như khi bạn dùng Flow thủ công — và chịu sự điều chỉnh của Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google. Chúng tôi không nhận, không lưu và không xem nội dung này. Việc tạo tiêu thụ credits/hạn mức của chính tài khoản Flow của bạn.

5. Những điều chúng tôi KHÔNG làm

• Không thu thập mật khẩu, lịch sử duyệt web, hay dữ liệu từ bất kỳ trang nào ngoài labs.google
• Không quảng cáo, không tracker, không analytics bên thứ ba
• Không bán, cho thuê hay chia sẻ dữ liệu cá nhân với bên thứ ba
• Không dùng dữ liệu cho mục đích ngoài chức năng duy nhất của tiện ích (xác thực bản quyền)
• Không có mã từ xa — toàn bộ mã nằm trong gói tiện ích

6. Thanh toán

Các gói nâng cấp (tùy chọn) được thanh toán bằng thẻ hoặc cổng thanh toán được hỗ trợ, chuyển khoản ngân hàng (VietQR), PayPal hoặc USDT — luôn thực hiện trên trang thanh toán của chính cổng thanh toán hoặc trong ứng dụng ngân hàng của bạn, bên ngoài tiện ích và ứng dụng máy tính. Thông tin thẻ và tài khoản đi thẳng tới cổng thanh toán và do cổng đó xử lý với tư cách bên kiểm soát dữ liệu độc lập, theo chính sách riêng của họ; chúng tôi chỉ nhận những gì cần để đối chiếu khoản thanh toán với bản quyền (email người mua, mã đơn hàng/giao dịch, gói và số tiền). Chúng tôi không bao giờ hỏi, thấy hay lưu số thẻ, mã CVV hoặc thông tin đăng nhập ngân hàng. Việc hoàn tiền thực hiện qua cùng cổng thanh toán — xem Chính sách hoàn tiền.

7. Lưu trữ & xóa dữ liệu

Hồ sơ bản quyền (email, mã cài đặt, gói, hạn dùng) được giữ trong thời gian tài khoản tồn tại. Bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa tài khoản bản quyền và dữ liệu kèm theo bất cứ lúc nào qua thông tin liên hệ bên dưới; chúng tôi sẽ xóa trong vòng 30 ngày. Dữ liệu cục bộ do bạn toàn quyền kiểm soát và bị xóa khi bạn xóa bộ nhớ tiện ích hoặc gỡ cài đặt.

8. Bảo mật

Kết nối tới máy chủ bản quyền dùng HTTPS. Phản hồi bản quyền được ký số. Tiện ích chỉ xin những quyền trình duyệt tối thiểu cần cho chức năng duy nhất của nó.

9. Trẻ em

Auto Flow không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và yêu cầu tài khoản Google đủ điều kiện dùng dịch vụ Google Labs.

10. Thay đổi chính sách

Nếu chính sách thay đổi, phiên bản mới sẽ được đăng tại chính địa chỉ này kèm ngày cập nhật. Thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được ghi chú trong release notes của tiện ích.
